3 tbs oil (I recommend coconut oil, canola oil, or olive oil)
1 cup water
How to Make:
In a bowl, mix your flour and salt together. Mix in oil. Then slowly add in water, stirring as you pour. Depending on the humidity, type of flour you use, etc., you may need to adjust the amount of water you add! You want the dough to come together and not be crumbly, like a pizza dough.
Flour a cutting board and divide your dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll your pieces out on the board into circles (they’ll be about the size of a typical corn tortilla), adding more flour as needed to keep the dough from sticking. You can flatten them by hand or using a rolling pin. I found it was easier to do by hand.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil (use a neutral oil like coconut or canola).
Cook each tortilla one by one. They’ll cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the side becomes golden brown and a little bubbly.
